American Brilliant Period (ABP) Hand Cut Crystal Glass Decanter Carafe With Pineapple Design. This beautiful Decanter has a sharp pineapple-pattern, and is a wonderful cut crystal wine or water decanter carafe.

The Decanter is unmarked. It dates approximately to the early 20th Century. Clearly defined, American Brilliant Period cut glass is fine quality, hand-cut crystal produced from 1876 to roughly 1920. It is considered "crystal" because it comprised up to a 50% lead content (versus 24% for modern crystal), which accounted for its brilliance.

The Decanter is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. There is some minor residue on the inside bottom as a result of age and normal use.

This would make a lovely addition to your bar for wine or water. It can also make a stunning vase for fresh cut flowers.

The Decanter measures 8 1/2" High x 6" Diameter x 2 5/8" (Top Diameter). It weighs 2 pounds 15.5 ounces or 47.51 ounces or 1347 grams.
