CONDITION & AUTHENTICITY NOTICE
Florida Highwaymen paintings and much vintage Florida art were often created using inexpensive or unconventional materials. Craquelure, surface wear, fading, bowing, warping, frame wear, repairs and other age-related imperfections are common and should be expected.
We provide multiple high-resolution photographs with each listing and encourage bidders to examine them carefully, as the photographs form an important part of the condition report. Any significant visible condition issue should be apparent in the photographs. If you are particularly sensitive to condition, please arrange an in-person inspection before bidding. We are readily available to accommodate inspections.
All property is sold as-is and we do not accept returns based upon condition. Authenticity, however, is guaranteed. If a recognized Highwaymen guild or authentication authority determines that a painting purchased from us is not authentic, we will refund the purchase in full, no questions asked.
