The vintage set is composed of 6 open bowls and a central lidded bowl. The dishes are marked "Hand Painted Kutani Yaki Yamazaki Japan" on the undersides. The set is decorated with cranes on a heavily gilded background. The item, on the plastic Lazy Susan stand, measures 5 1/2" tall and 13 1/4" in maximum diameter. There are some scratches, stains, and paint chips on the rotating base, and a few stains and gild discoloration on the porcelain. Otherwise, the lot is in overall good condition.
