Vintage 1970s New Jersey state fair food vendor sign, advertising a "grease" truck called FATCATS. Grease trucks became a term associated with food vendors serving hearty, fried foods. Features bold dark blue lettering on a bubble shaped plywood cutout, with a red plastic band surrounding the perimeter. Sign has a folding kickstand to allow free-standing.
