CORRECTION TO SHIPPING TIME, THIS IS SELLER SHIPPING, ARRIVAL TIME IS 4-10 DAYS FROM PURCHASE DATE. The paper/parchment like material may be called raffia. The interior lining is intact sans cracks. Fits on a regular lamp but the smaller round bulbs, not those for chandelier.
