Post-Playing Career: After retiring as a player, he went on to have success as both a head coach and an executive for the Indiana Pacers, earning Coach of the Year and Executive of the Year awards. He was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame as a player in 1998 and again in 2010 as a member of "The Dream Team."
