A pair of vintage Stiffel Hollywood Regency brass and glass table lamps, probably 1940s.
Each comprising a thumb-molded glass urn with brass cap, scrolled-cast banding and circular foot on stepped square base, topped by an inverted pineapple issuing a brass standing with two sockets, each marked "The Stiffel Company". With cylindrical white fabric shades with gold braid detailing at the top.
36" High, Base is 6" square

The Hollywood Regency style draws inspiration from Art Deco, Chinoiserie, and Neoclassical design elements. It was heavily influenced by prominent interior designers like Dorothy Draper and William Haines, who designed lavish interiors for movie stars and elite clientele.

These lamps were inherited. My partner's mother treasured these lamps in her home. They have had a single owner.
