Description
Beautiful Murano blown glass bowl, circa early 1900s, Vetreria Fratelli Toso, attributed to Hans Stoltenberg-Lerche (signed H. St. Lerche). This red orange and clear glass bowl measures 8 x 14 x 14 cm. (3.1 x 5.5 x 5.5 in.) and appears to be in great condition with very minor shelf wear to the bottom. Rough pontil with some carbon ash spots.

Provenance- from the Estate of John V. Cassara-John Victor Cassara, New York, United States. John Cassara (1934-2022) was the CEO of the Brownstone Agency in Park Slope, Brooklyn. His collection included fine Murano glass, important French furniture, and rare Chinese antiques.
Mr Cassara presumably purchased from auction in Sweden, May 5, 2010 (Artnet).
