I used this lovely pitcher and serving plate so many times during the period of my life when I was doing a lot of entertaining....especially brunches and luncheons. I often served pastries on the platter and orange juice of mimosas in the pitcher. The pair made an elegant addition to the buffet from which I served the food. You could, of course, fill the pitcher with beautiful Spring flowers, as I did many, many times.

The pitcher measures 11" tall, the base is 5.25 and the total width from the vessel's base across to the side extension of the handle measures 6.50". It is marked with D & C France (Limoges). The platter is also marked, as shown in the photos, but I am unsure of what that marking is. It has a circumference of 13.75 with a 0.5 lip. Both the pitcher and the serving plate are decorated in delicate shades of violet, magenta, and mint green. Both are embellished with touches of gold, as shown in the photographs.

I can sell each piece separately, if needed, but would prefer to sell them as a set. The pitcher is priced at $250 and the platter is $150. I would sell the set for $375.
