Solid wood with heavy patinaed brass accents. Quatrefoil design and brass accents at each corner of the box as well as a ornate design on the top. Felt protects the bottom of the box. See detailed photos. The wood has a beautiful natural grain. Notice the phots that shown how thick the sides are. Notice the color of the brass, its a bronze with a patina added.
