CORRECTION TO SHIPPING TIME, THIS IS SELLER SHIPPING, ARRIVAL TIME IS 4-10 DAYS FROM PURCHASE DATE. Very old Trinket Box but possibly as new as the 1940's. The origin is unknown. It has none of the markers that are typical of objects of this quality. A mark on the inside could be one of its maker. Additionally, it has lines two handwritten lines that could be a serial number of 11 on interior top and bottom. The ormolu trim and legs define this elegant egg . It came with this hand painted smaller egg of very light metal idyllic picture is of a rooster in top hat in hand facing a chicken.
