Pair of vintage Italian velvet high-back Chairs with attractive turned woodwork on legs and crossbars ("brochetto" style), made in Italy. Overall good condition. Structure is solid. Upholstery covering is in very good condition. One seat has a minute pierced hole in the covering as well as some tiny dark marks, hardly seeable. Brass upholstery studs are all in place. A bit of corrosion is apparent on just a few. Seat is less firm on one chair, with also the fabric under this seat gently detached along one side. Some minor bumps, rubs and mini patches of paint transfer on legs and crossbars. One original tack under a foot actually remains. Please see photos for condition details.
