A set of melamine stackable salad plates by Massimo Vignelli (1931-2014) for Heller. Made in the 1960s the set includes twelve circular, orange plates with raised edges. Eleven of the plates are marked "HELLER" to underside and one is unmarked
Massimo Vignelli spearheaded designs for advertising, housewares and furnishings. He and his wife, Lella, co-founded Vignelli Associates. Vignelli is best known for his use of geometric forms in the Modernist tradition.
