Narrow and fairly short 1920's Sarouk runner measuring 9.3x2.10. This runner is in very good condition with slight wear in some places. It is not common to find Sarouks in runner format. In fact there are far more tribal,geometric runners from early 20th century than floral,city weave Persian runners. This piece displays a spacious and open pattern of allover floral sprays.The salmon field colour is accented by browns,beige,turquoise,dark blue,medium blue and rust. This runner can be used under any kind of traffic and it has been cleaned professionally.
