She was active/lived in Massachusetts and Washington DC and Houston, Texas. She was a pupil of Lucia F. Fuller. Harriette Gale is known for being a miniature painter, a portrait artist, a decorator, and a teacher. Exhibited at the Pan Pacific Exposition 1915.
