Additional Material:
Included with the photograph is a copy of a signed letter from Brett Weston to Robert K. Byers, dated February 12, 1990. In the letter, Weston confirms that Byers acquired photographs directly from him over more than twenty-three years. Weston further explains that the photographs in Byers' collection were printed shortly after the negatives were exposed and were not later printings. He also states that he signed the photographs after approving the work.

Also included is a separate handwritten notation reading "Brett 928 Porsche." The authorship of this notation has not been confirmed.
