Antique 19th Century very rare pair of Victorian novelty cast solid silver & cut glass comports, formed as a pair of male gardeners dressed in 18th Century costume, standing on an elaborate rococo designed base and both holding a woven flower basket. Both hallmarked on the base English silver (925 standard), London, year 1852 (R), Makers mark CTFGF ( Charles Thomas Fox & George Fox )
