Antique 20th Century Edwardian solid silver novelty ashtray shaped like a cello. The cello bow serves as a rest for cigars or cigarettes. A charming complement to any smoking room. Hallmarked on the reverse side of the neck English silver (925 standard), Birmingham, year 1905 (f), Maker's mark JTH JHM ((Hukin & Heath (John Thomas Heath & John Hartshorne Middleton), subsequently Hukin & Heath Ltd).
