Antique 19th Century Victorian Aesthetic movement solid silver wine jug, the bulbous body beautifully hand engraved with chinoiserie scenes of nobility in traditional silk dress and a merchant carrying goods suspended over the shoulder, surrounded by bamboo trees in landscape and the beck and spout decorated with 'Kamai' decoration and mounted with an elaborate scroll shaped handle and a hinged lid. Engraved with a presentation - General Manager's Trophy, Burroughs Ltd, 1932 won by West Australian Agency, C.Ryan, Manager.
