Description

A Brocot Chiming Mantel Clock

Second half of the 19th century French, the clock housed in a slate case with malachite accents and framed by scrollwork and a curved pediment.

Dimensions: height is 16in, 7 x 19 1/2in at the base.

Provenance: From a Lambertville, NJ collection.

Condition

The front glass does not stay closed, the back glass will need replacing, scattered areas of surface wear, the movement will need work to function. (we do not guarantee functionality/timekeeping.)
