Description

An Elisha Manross (Bristol, CT) patent spring thirty-hour brass movement steeple clock with a cherry wood case, circa1840s. The clock features a reverse-painted European castle scene on the lower glass window, has a makers label on the inside of the case, and includes the pendulum and clock key. The clock measures approximately 20" H x 10" W x 4" D.

Condition

The clock movement has become loose from the case preventing proper movement.
