Provenance and Authentication:
According to the Letter of Authenticity (LOA) and Certificate of Authenticity (COA) provided by the consignor, this collectible was subjected to a forensic examination. The accompanying documentation states that the signatures were evaluated with reference to multiple characteristics, including ink deposition, material and aging characteristics, stylistic consistency, and historical context. Based on the examination described in these documents, the authentication provider concluded that the findings were consistent with the attributed signatures. The LOA and COA provided by the consignor accompany the lot.

The reverse is printed "180 Presse Foto, Berlin" and retains a German postage stamp associated with the April 1938 plebiscite period, together with a period postal cancellation and the propaganda slogan "Am 10. April dem Führer Dein Ja." These surviving postal and printed elements provide the postcard with a distinct historical context characteristic of German political ephemera of the late 1930s.

The photographic side presents a formal full-length portrait, with the signature positioned unobtrusively within the lower portion of the composition. The combination of a period photographic portrait, contemporary postal material and signature gives the piece significance within the fields of historical autograph collecting, twentieth-century political memorabilia and postal history.
