A named post-Civil War commemorative veteran medal issued by the State of Ohio to honor service during the American Civil War. The bronze medal was struck by Tiffany & Co. and features an obverse depicting a female figure representing Victory or Columbia crowning a Union soldier in field uniform, with the dates 1861-1865 appearing to the right.
