A Victorian brass binocular microscope by Charles Collins, London (c. 1865-1875), with dual eyepiece tubes and an engraved base ("77 Gt. Titchfield St."). Mounted to a wooden base plate with its original paper-labeled mahogany cabinet. Brass has natural patina and lacquer wear. Front door of case missing. Chip to wooden base. Microscope dimensions on base approx. 18 1/2" x 9 1/2" x 9 1/2".
