This piece is Longquan celadon / Ge ware meaning (open piece celadon) long neck vase, and the wooden box is inscribed "Penetration celadon vase / Former Collection of Huguo Temple" ("Penetration" means opening piece, ice crack; old Japanese collection/traditional inscription). The shape of the vessel is dish with a sloping mouth, long straight neck, bulging belly, and ringed feet. The whole body is blue-gray-pink celadon glaze and covered with gold silk/light brown threads. The ends of the feet are exposed, which looks like an ocher-brown "iron foot", and the inside of the bottom foot is also opened and has an exposed astringent ring.
