Clearly marked bowl and lid: Davenports Ltd. Longport Registered 4312. Decorated in the Mersey pattern, in a style typical of the Aesthetic period with geometric shapes, vegetation, and superimposed images of a sailboats at sea and of a young girl at the beach. Lid has opening to insert ladle. Perfect to display as a centerpiece or use as serving piece.
