Mid 20th Century Frederick Cooper Regency Gilt Detail Botanical Ginger Lamp

Description

Wow! This table lamp base is a vintage, mid-century stunner! Made by Frederick Cooper, it epitomizes Hollywood Regency style. A vividly colored botanical motif wraps around the ceramic, vase-style base and is punctuated with selectively placed gold detailing. Rests atop mahogany wood foot. The perfect splash of chinoiserie and glam, you could easily design an entire room around this lamp!

Has original finial and harp, but no lamp shade (the shade pictured with it in photos is for display purposes only and not included), as well as original, non-polarized plug. Rewiring is recommended to bring lamp up to modern safety codes. Maker's mark affixed to socket.
