19-C. serving pedestal plate made by the Gien factory in France that is decorated in toiles-de-jouy. The plate has a landscape with ruins in the center surrounded by Insects and moths, and a scalloped edge all in a deep rose on white faience. Maker's mark on the bottom of the piece.
