Fabulous Rare 1980's Postmodern Memphis Milano Tall Geometric Pedestal Electric Neon Mantel or Desk Clock
Dramatic, yet minimalist design.
Circular face is ringed in blue neon, with pink and green neon markers at the 12, 3 , 6 and 9 hour positions The hands are pink and yellow. The face cover is clear acrylic.
The face is connected to two tall black columns which attach to a conical deep red base
The body is made of a slightly textured hard plastic.
The clock runs on electricity and/or AA batteries
The neon can be run on either 6 AA batteries placed into the base OR electrically, using a separate, US, 110v, two pronged wall plug with a converter box and a thin wire which attaches to the base with a Jack tip
The small square movement requires one AA battery (included) in the compartment on the face. Start the movement by gently swinging it and it will find its own movement speed
Please note: the time setting knob is missing, so it needs to be plugged in at the time shown. Must have one AA battery in face. Keeps accurate time

Very rare to find this clock as a pedestal timepiece. On occasion, l have seen just the face mounted on a flat base, like a bedside clock
