There is a German eagle clutching a swastika in his talons at the top.

Mounted onto an OD green wool backing with four flat horizontal prongs with a metal steel back plate on the back.
Tan paper on reverse.
This was to have been worn on the upper left sleeve of the combat uniform.
Measures 2 5/8 inches wide by 4 5/16 inches tall.
