Early 20th Century French Iron Wall Sconces With Crystal and Mirror - a Pair

Description

This elegant pair of wall light fixtures were crafted in France, circa 1920. The sconces feature one single light, decorative crystal inserts around the bobeche, oval shape mercury glass in the middle, a crown at the pediment and scrolled acanthus leaves on the sides. The large sconces are in excellent condition with new wiring and have their original patinated brown and gilt painted finish. These ornate light fixtures would make a beautiful, old-world statement on either side of a mantle.
