An early 20th century silver inlaid bronze scarab, probably European. The bronze scarab in a deep rich patina, inlaid with silver in hieroglyphics. The piece is quite heavy, cast in solid bronze, with a maker's monogram on the back. It could be used as a paperweight. Condition is excellent. Dimensions: Length: 3 1/2
