This beautiful antique cream colored pitcher has a stunning blue, yellow and deep pink floral motif and a rust brown top border. It has crackle glaze and is embellished with textural basket weave detail on the bottom as well as design elements on the top and handle. The flowers themselves are beautiful as is the lovely shine and luster of quality majolica. This item appears to be English and from around 1855 or shortly thereafter.

Condition Notes: In excellent condition considering it's age but there are imperfections including that the handle on the top of one side appears to be separating, there is a small chip on the top, and a larger chip on the bottom. I tried to show these things in the photographs. They do not affect the integrity or charm of this antique but they are there. The handle is sound and the item can be picked up by the handle
