1920s Stanley Harrod (1881-1954) "On the High Seas" pencil signed ship etching on paper.

Harrod was born in Leeds, England and spent the majority of his career in Canada. During his career, he specialized in bookplates. He researched the history of the bookplates, was a published author on the subject, and created them.
