Description
A charming pair of mid-century watercolors depicting iconic Parisian scenes. One watercolor, signed "Giordano", features a bustling street scene in front of the ornate gates of Versailles. The second, signed "Dunkin" on the reverse, captures a vibrant market scene with Notre Dame Cathedral in the background. Both pieces are rendered with a lively, expressive hand in watercolor on paper, and presented in black distressed wooden frames with white matting. The Versailles piece is titled "Versailles les Ch?teau" on the reverse, and the Notre Dame piece is titled "Facade of Notre Dame Cathedral in Heart of Paris, on The city Island" with "July 1975" also noted on the reverse.
Condition
Very Good - Minor wear to frames consistent with age. Watercolors appear vibrant with no visible foxing or damage.
