Ostler, reads "I write at once in reply to your letter, thinking it may be a convenience to you to know that it will not be possible for me to open the Moseley Road Circuit Bazaar, which is to be held on April 3rd, 4th, and 5th, 1924. I regret that I cannot associate myself with your work in the way you suggest, and I send you my best wishes for the success of this Bazaar and the project which it is to support", one page, folding marks, light yellowing, 4to, Bateman's Burwash, 27 October 1923.
