Paderewski (Ignace J.) Ink signature on loose album page

Ink signature and inscription "in kind remembrance of I.J. Paderewski, Torquay, 21 of March, 1899" on a page removed from an autograph album, also featuring the signature by Otto Neitzel underneath Paderewski's and by another musician on the verso; with a telegramme with an autograph message from Paderewski to Monsieur Allard, saying he has been unwell and asking hm to "come by my place for a moment, we will chat a bit about your business and it will give me great pleasure", date not legible.
