Typed document on Presidencia de la Republica de Cuba headed paper authorising the recruitment of 150 temporary members of staff at the Ministerio de Recuperacion de Bienes Malversados, signed by Fidel Castro as Prime Minister, Manuel Urrutia y Lleo as President, and the minister of finance, one page, blue seal and ribbon affixed to lower right portion of the document, folding marks, tear to right margin (text remains unaffected), 4to, Palacio de la Presidencia, La Habana, 31 March 1959.
