Cushing (Peter) Typed letter signed ("In all sincerity, P. Cushing")

The letter, on personalised stationery, addressed to the vendor's mother, reads "Whenever I am up in London - my entire time is mercifully taken up with work - leaving little if any on my hands. I do appreciate your sweet invitation - but I'm sure you will understand that I am not feeling in a sociable frame of mind these days - and rather dread anything outside the film studios. But I shall remember -and know that you and dear Barry would always welcome me. It was so nice to work with him on 'Asylum' - he is so excellent as the Tailor. I look forward to seeing his portrayal in full when the picture is released - which I understand will be fairly soon. I'm most glad you enjoyed the programmes I've recorded for the BBC. It was nice to you to write and tell me so.
