Description
Beautifully made and executed monoprint becoming a landscape vision. Drops of color are controlled into flaming branches of bright trees, and a small figure of St Francis appears in the foreground as a small bird flies upward. The whole appears to flow from a very geometric art deco-designed landscape. Bright clear colors of chartreuse grey/blue, coral, and mauve. Signed to the lower right and identified by gallery labels on the back ( South Hampton NY). Finely framed for some time with linen mat and wood frame under glass. The size is 6" by 4.4" tall the window. The frame is 12.75" by 11.25"tall.
