Missing hardware within knobs, preventing lamp from maintaining upright position and the counterweight does not properly balance the shade. Small cracks on either side of the conduit hole next to the second vertical rod. Minor nicks to edges of base. Minor scuffs, scratches and faint stains to shade and handles, consistent with use.
