Wonderful antique birdcage from Japan. It appears to be hand crafted from split bamboo. Hook appears brass with bamboo detail, ornate carved loops attach to top of cage,? bird inside appears teak and sits on a branch. Feeders inside are blue and white porcelain. Base with carved scenes and lattice style work. Measures approx. 17" x 10" with no visible marks.
