American appliqué quilt composed of sixteen large blocks featuring interlocking curved orange forms surrounding pale gray diamond centers on a deep blue ground. Each block is further accented by a narrow serrated or triangular border in burgundy and blue. Wide burgundy sashing separates the blocks, with small yellow cornerstones at their intersections, and matching burgundy and yellow borders frame the composition. The unusual combination of curved appliqué and geometric framing creates a highly decorative folk-art textile.
