I love this gem of a lamp that was handmade in Germany. I bought it at an auction, and I had it completely rewired. Beneath the oxidized patina, a detailed beaded pattern is visible. There was a sticker on the lamp that said "Bilz...: as I remember when I acquired it with the year 1915 on it and country of origin. The crystal components are all original except for the prisms. The on/off switch is on the cord. The crystal dome and the larger pieces of crystal near the base are all original.
The pattern that the light casts from this lamp is ethereal.
