Arne Jacobsen AJ wall sconces for Louis Poulsen. These are made to plug into your wall's outlets but can probably be hardwired into the wall as well by removing the cords. The angle of the shade can be adjusted, as shown in the photo with the four positions. The cords are 7 feet and 18 inches long. "Kema Keur" is written on the bottom of the On/Off switches which I believe is a German company so I'm not certain if these lights are licensed Louis Poulsen products or not but material seems to feel very sturdy and of high quality. Made to be used in US homes.
