Bohemian Victorian Art Glass Pink (Cranberry) Satin Glass Bride's Bowl, Diamond Optic Quilting, Fine Enameled Flowers

Eagle Bay Heirlooms is pleased to offer this exquisite, very rare estate find. After extensive research, the findings lend towards Bohemia, possibly Harrach, or possibly English Thomas Webb.
The details of this bowl are exceptional with the ruffled edge with six peaks which are nicely fan-shaped and a crimped edge. It has a silver crest edge and is hand decorated with fine raised enamel violets with trailing stems through five of the valleys in between the peaks. The center is a beautiful diamond optic quilted design which lends to the gradient shading of the cranberry to pink to clear satin glass. The base has a very smooth pontil and no markings.

Size: 9-7/8" Diameter and 2-7/8" at the highest peak.

Condition: This is in excellent antique condition with only a couple rough spots on the high areas on the base of the quilting. There is a very small white spot in the pink where the color is missing. Please review photos. I feel no flea bites of rough edges around the crest.
