Fabulous Vintage floor lamp with parchment cone shade and ebonized base. Base is very dark brown, but not quite black in color. Its wood grain is still visible giving it a wonderful look. It has a dimmer to fit your lighting needs. Information such as designer and origin are unknown. It appears to have been rewired as the matching table lamp we have, has a plug that appears from the 1970's or earlier. Other similar examples I have found online originated in Italy. Aside from the parchment shade, this lamp looks very similar to French designer, Joseph-Andre Motte's "Diabolo" floor lamp. We also have the matching table lamp available in our shop.
