Gorgeous Victorian fireplace screen! It is missing the needlepoint or tapestry that originally would have been inserted in between the two panels of glass. Three of the trim pieces that hold the glass in place are just temporarily nailed so as to make it easy to insert your desired item in the glass. When I first obtained this piece, there were pressed, dried flowers and ferns between the glass actually, but I had to remove them because they were deteriorating. The frame is wood painted brown. It measures 41.5 inches tall, 32 inches wide and 18.25 inches deep. There is a little paint loss on the top left horizontal bar. It is not wobbly.
