Description
An Art Nouveau wooden tray with the name "Galle" inlaid in the bottom of the tray among the thistle leaves. The tray is classic art nouveau and the marquetry is accomplished with various woods.. The tray sits in a frame that is serpentine on the sides with incised wood at the top and bottom. Similar pieces are in the Victoria and Albert museum in London, England
