This absolutely lovely ceramic ewer has swirls of deep blue and brown with drips of cream around the neck, mouth and the spout.

The long slender neck has a handle curved to follow its arc.

Shiny surface is smooth to the touch with a high gloss drip glaze.

Incised "Made in Belgium" on base. There are numbers on the base as well, but we were unable to decipher them. We have attributed this to Faiencerie de Thulin, whose pottery were often unsigned, dating the piece to around 1930s.

The pitcher is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. There are bubbles formed during the production and glazing process.
